Equal Opportunity Cell of the college facilitates in conducting free coaching classes for the BC,SC,ST & Minority Undergraduate and Post graduate students of the Nizam College . These classes aim at the Entry Level Services at both State and Central level.
The interest and the motivation of the Principal and Vice Principal is appreciable in starting these classes. They have facilitated in arranging all the infrastructure needed to conduct these classes. Their immediate and instant response is worth praising. The beneficiaries would always be indebted to them.
The free coaching classes for Competitive Examinations have been started formally for the academic year 2019-2020 from 2nd of November 2019 with the prior and formal permission from Prof. LB Lakshmikant Rathore the Principal and Dr. Avinash Jaiswal the Vice Principal of Nizam College. The classes were conducted at 3.30pm. Mr. Srinivas Ambati,Assistane Professor of English,Coordinator of the Cell,Warden Of Nizam College UG & PG Hostels gave a brief introduction about the Cell,and the importance of classes.
Dr.Krishnam raju,Assistant Professor of Chemistry,Coordinator of IQAC,of Nizam College has addressed the students on that day. Teachers of other Departments also attended the inaugural session.
Dr. M.Jithender Reddy ,an Assistant Professor of History,General Warden of EII,Eenadu newspapaer columnist,Resource person for TSAT Mana TV( a channel of Govt.of Telangana),author of many Books on Telangana History has started the classes with intro on Dt.02-11-2019.
Dr.K.Govind,as Assistant Professor of History,Warden of EII, and other Hostels also had taken classes on Indian Hostory.
Mr. Banda ravipal Reddy,a renowned Resource person for Arithematic, and Reasoning for various organisations conducted classes for the students. He is also a subject expert for TSAT,Mana TV( a channel of Govt.of Telangana),author of many Books on Arithematic, and Reasoning.
Topics covered: basic number system---time & distance---averages—ratios& proportions-percentages-profits & losses—LCM&HCF-mensuration-time & work
