Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) course was started in Nizam College for the first time with respect from the Academic year 2013-2014.This course is on par with any other degree course offered in SIX semesters. However the course is exclusively offered for Foreign Students till only as per the decision taken by the Osmania University.
The course is in great demand since it offers Commerce, Management and Computer knowledge. The intake is 60 students per section. Admissions are processed by the Osmania University, UFRO. Around 90% of the students are on ICCR fellowship holders.
The course structure including the syllabi is enclosed here with. Apart from the basic subjects like Finance, HR and Marketing, new courses like MIS, ERP and CRM etc are introduced which are very useful to the students in point of their career and jobs which have value across the Globe.
All the 6 semesters have Non Credit subjects, which add value to their knowledge and which prepare them to face the real world. Nizam College subjects are - Human values and Ethics, Indian Heritage and Culture, Environmental Science, Science and Civilization, Personality development and Business Ethics.
Though the course was started recently, the young and dynamic Faculty members have organized several activities which are reported with great pride. Business Activity Support Hub (BASH) was formed to inculcate practical knowledge and evoke active participation.
The course restructured in 2016 with CBCS including the syllabi from the basic subjects like Finance, HR and Marketing. All the 6 semesters have (CBCS) Choice Based Credit System including
- FC : Foundation Course,
- AECC : Ability Enhancement Course
- CC : Core Course
- DSC : Discipline Specific Course and also Electives
Under the heading "Business Activity Support Hub" (BASH) Events & Activities are conducted like
- BBA Exhibition: Students prepare hand made products and the famous products from their countries which were exhibited.

Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Department of Business Management is the youngest department in the college established in the year 2007 as a gift to the college on the occasion of completion of its 120 years of successful academic life. The students are admitted through Integrated Common Entrance Test (I-CET) including foreign students whose admission is through Osmania University. Every year 60 students are admitted.
Since its inception, department spear headed with all professionalism to its nature and stood in top colleges and keeping its name by excellence in academics
Course syllabus designed and approved by Osmania University is followed. Major functional areas of Marketing, Finance and Human Resource Management are offered as electives
The Department arranges tutorial classes beyond regular working hours for slow learners. Students are given liberty to contact lecturers, for any clarification. Besides traditional teaching, faculty regularly use web sources and audio-visual media. As per the curriculum students should undertake the project internship during the intervening period of second and third semester. Students are guided with latest topics for the project work. Reading room is an asset to the Department having relevant collection of magazines, Journals daily news papers. Complimentary copies are kept as "Book Bank". Students are motivated to take an active part in workshops, seminars, management events to gain value added skills for improving employability. The Department of Business Management in this college is the first department to bring out a Bi-annual newsletter "Samvidha". Faculty and Students are on the board as editors. Concept based knowledge covering all the main management subjects are covered in the newsletter along with other activities undertaken by the department. Articles on contemporary topics are contributed by resource persons representing industry. Faculty from other departments of Nizam College contributes articles which make the newsletter interdisciplinary in nature. Two major events Samvidha and Abhijay are organized by the department at the beginning and end of every academic year.

She has been working at Nizam college. since September 2013till date and she has 9 years of teaching experience. She has completed her master's in business administration and master's in commerce from the same University with distinction. Her area of interest are Human resource and finance. She has been teaching general management subjects, finance and human resource to the students of BBA and MBA. She has published articles in the national and international journals and attended conferences, seminars, workshops in the national and international level. She has participated paper presentation in international conference. She has contribution in framing syllabus of BBA for the year 2014_ 2015.academic. Administrator for Diploma in retail management. She has been transmitted a guest lecture for M.com students in managerial economics. Concept on Derivates. She has organized conferences, workshops, seminars, industrial exposure to the students.
