As the Principal of Nizam College, I feel privileged to be a part of cluster college collaboration, as initiated by the TSCHE. To begin with, Nizam College offers both undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the Faculties of Arts, Social Sciences, Sciences and Commerce in addition to professional courses such as MBA, MCA, BBA, M.Sc. (IS) and BCA.
Nizam college has celebrated Telangana Dasbadhi Utsavalu with the other cluster colleges. As a part of celebration college has hosted the singing competition – medley of folk songs. We are pleased to announce that almost all the colleges have participated with lot of enthusiasm
Nizam College has organized various competitive events in the last academic year like essay writing competitions, paintings competitions, Sankranti celebrations with kite making, rangoli, pot painting, kite flying, fashion show competitions etc as a part of cluster college program. Students were encouraged to visit the library, laboratories to avail the reading facilities, experimentation exposure to have hands on experience etc. Nizam College has an ambience of a global community with rich cultural exchange due to significant presence of students from various Asian, African and Middle East countries , which allows us to celebrate Sankranthi celebrations
Nizam College is known for Sports activities. It has been encouraging, supporting and nurturing sports men and women in various disciplines of the games, hence would like to propose the ground for various sports competitions for the students from cluster colleges
In coming years we would like to have mega drive of placements for all the cluster colleges In Nizam College we always strive for excellence. Thus as a part of knowledge sharing would like to create a platform for the students and faculty to get exposed to current trends in Atrs and Sciences and their applications for future generations through national symposiums

Dr. Hemasri Yerrabelly was born in Hyderabad. She received M.Sc and Ph.D from Osmania University, Hyderabad. She has 26 years of post graduate teaching and research experience. She completed two UGC research projects. She joined Osmania University in 2013 and has been working as Assistant Professor and her research interests are Developing and biological activity studies of new heterocycles and has 40 publications at national and international journals. Currently 3 students have submitted thesis for Ph.D and four students are pursuing Ph.D under her supervision. 20 students have completed dissertations for the award of M.Sc. She has more than 30 paper presentations in national and international conferences and invited lectures.
